Please find below some tips on how transport works in LBBD and the process of applying.
-Once your child school has been named then you will need to apply for travel assistance you can use the following link:

-We will then assess the application based on each child’s individual needs.
-When completing the application please ensure you give as much information as you can to assist us in offering the correct transport method of transport your child requires.
-We will do a visit or telephone conversation to ensure we make the best offer for your family.
-We have several offers of transport these are:
- A school bus with a PA
- Direct Payment – this is payment made to you, so you are able to make arrangements for transport that suit your family’s needs best
- A mileage payment where you can use your own vehicle, and we reimburse your fuel this is paid via a BACS payment into your own bank.
